The Ultimate in Hawkesbury River Houseboating!

The Ultimate Spa houseboats, Harmony and Serenity, have views from every room.  They are spacious and have similar privacy, comforts and features from our spa boat range. They feature 4 queen bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms and don't forget the 10 seat rooftop spa/entertainment area (see below for more details)

Internal Features: 4 double rooms with queen size beds Each room has a private entrance to the outside deck Plasma TV/DVD home theatre with surround sound Indoor/outdoor sound system with CD and MP3 connection 2 large bathrooms SERENITY has an onboard bar area at the back of the vessel and will accommodate up to 10 people HARMONY does not have a bar, instead it has 2 fold out lounges at the back of the boat, separated by a partition and accommodate up to 12 people.  (Please request if available) 1 sofa bed lounge (2 sofa bed longes by request if available), this is located at the back of the boat in a private sectioned off area. Household appliances including fridge/freezer, ice maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher,gas cooktop and electric oven, gas heating, and washing machine and clothes dryer facilities Cooking utensils, cutlery, wine glasses and crockery External Features: Heated 10 person spa 10 seat outdoor dining setting on upper deck sun lounges Kitchenette including small fridge Gourmet 4 burner BBQ with roasting hood Speaker sound system volume control Child restraint fencing around upper and lower decks Ladder on back deck for easy swimming access

This boat has a generater onboard, you can bring normal household appliances and phone chargers to use as required.  Please note that the different houseboats may have slight differences in layout and colour scheme.  We do have one Ultimate Spa boat that is licensed for 12 persons, please enquire if available.

• A security bond of $2000. Payment can be received by Visa, Mastercard or Direct Deposit
• Fuel and gas is additional:  Fuel is charged per motoring hour, please ask a staff member for the current fuel prices.  Hourly rate includes fuel, diesel and pump out of the holding tanks.
• Fuel costs, damages and loss are deducted from your security bond and the remaining is refunded to you.
• Hire price includes pillows and quilt on each bed.  Bring your own towels and linen, hire is available on request.
• Secure lock up car parking is available onsite for $5 per car per day.
